Legal Question in Family Law in India

i hav been given interim maintenance order of rs.1500 in dv case filed by my wife in ahmedabad i m frm mumbai. i hav to give her this money from the month she filed case i.e from sept 2013 n it amts rs.6000. i want to pay this amount in cheque n i want to mention on cheque her after marriage name i.e. mittal karan jain. she had done all paper work of dv case in this name only. i want to do this because i m concern with my wife not daughter of my in laws c is mittal karan jain thats y c is demanding maintenance from me n only bcoz of this i m bound to pay her. this is my thought but i want to know if i send cheque like this will it make some negative impact on my side in judje eyes bcoz i know my wife is not having any bank account in her after marriage name

you will give her a cheque she will say she does not have an account in this name the judge will direct you to issue a fresh cheque. Why get into the futile exercise. just give the cheque in the name she has an account in.It is not a question of the impression of the judge but to get through the matter without creating complications.
