Hell there,

I leave in new zealand. and my husband did some physical violence with me here. i am not living with him now. we both are here in new ealand but living separately. i want to file a divorce. plz guide me how to do it from here or i have to come there for it. i also want to claim ale money. I am so helpless and my family even not helping me out. please suggest me.

Dear client if u both r Indian citizens and got married in India then u have to file divorce petition in here. But u have to file police complaint for physical torture there. For proper discussion call me on 9422611385 or 8446247807
