After trail is over in DV case is it possible to ask for the additional evidence in the session appeal in order to examine the employer or summon him to send income details of the applicant to bring her income on record.If yes then under which section? Please reply

are you filing the appeal. If yes then take this as your ground to challenge the order. where will you lead the evidence in an appeal it is not possible.
