Hello..

I m 21 year old girl live in jaipur with my mother brother age 15 sisiter age 25

My father and mother took divorce in 2007 but my father cheated us and took the divorce mutully. Nd promise to give proprty through wrd of mouth and thrown us out of the house...we shifted to jaipur...

My elder sister is in custody of my father bt she lives with us and she us suffering from mental deprsion nd going under treatnent..and..we r living in rental house ns my father have proprty of 6 7 crores. ..which is in delhi .nd earned by my father himself...but due to home violence we left delhi..

We want to claim for property ..can we
