Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello,

I have a query regarding my Divorce case. I am a 30 year old girl and I had filed divorce - cruelity in december 2011 and the judgement was announced on 13th may 2013 by the lower court. I have been granted divorce. The alimony is still to be decided by the Honourable Judge.

Now my query is regarding my remarriage. I want to get married now again. So when i could get married now??

Thank you for replying my question... is to wait for 90 days to remarry mandatory after the judgement ?? And if i get married before that so wat could be the legal problems i could face ??

dear client if u marry before appeal period and yr husband file appeal against the divorce decre and if court grant stay then yr second marriage will be void. so wait up to appeal period. for any legal help call me on 9422611385

After the appeal period is over, and no stay is granted you can marry.
