Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello,If Wife(and her father) is giving me mental torture with 498A,DVC and other threats.Married under SMA 1954 (only for visa purpose)and also done Nikkah(co habitation only after nikaah as we are orthodox muslims).Will the indian government/court allow the religious authority to get involved if there is a lot of injustice done to the husband and if the husband is agreeing to provide maintenance as per religious laws as even the SMA 1954 divorce does not invalidate my nikaah(as we both are muslims).Have such cases of injustice come into picture(Note:Wife s father is a lawyer(BA llb).

If you got married under SMA then your marriage is governed by SMA a divorce under the said act will end your marriage and you do not have to divorce her as per muslim law.for further query contact 9312411481.
