I'm writing a research and I have problems finding answer on this question. Can you help me please?
If a Muslim man married a Christian woman, the custody in LEBANON will be granted according to which religious view? And what if the man was Christian and the women is Muslim?

Dear Sir,
In reference to your query please be advised of the following:
1- If the marriage is concluded under a civil law (e.g in Cyprus, France, or even Lebanon as they do accept to hold a civil marriage now in Lebanon) the custody will be submitted to the rules of the governing civil Law (e.g French law)
2-If the marriage is religious, then it will follow the rules of the man religion,
