Hello,My friend is hindu and got married in 2013 november.What i found out is the marriage is against her will,her father said he will die if she donot marry the guy.So she had no choice to get married.But later she was not able to survive in the marriage because of the loveless abusive marriage.Her husband sais he wont give divorce and his parents saying you must stay if you like it or not.so can she file divorce under irretrievable breakdown ground or what is the safe way to get out of it.

Dear client to file divorce on the ground of irreparable break down atleast 3 years desertion is necessary. And u have to show the court that u have try yr best to save marriage. For any legal help call me
