Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello,

my husband stays alone at different place due to work. Whereas I stay with his parents at my marital house. My in-laws behavior is not goods towards me. So I want to stay separately. Can I ask my husband to arrange separate accommodation at his home city? Is it mandatory for a married lady to stay at her marital house without her husband?
