Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello,

My question regarding before divorce child custody matter.

I m 27 year single child(4yr) mother,I m well educated,financial strong apart from that opp.spouse is illiterate n not financial strong I file a divorce recently.As I continuous facing mentally, physical harassment from many years as he drunk n bit m badly always bt I never complain in police station.Seeing my n my child I want to completely resolve this relationship completely n i file a divorce in family court n stays in my parents house from that day he n their family member disturbing m n my parents by calling n sometimes enter home n forcefully captured my son,I even inform police station they didn't help m n saying he is his father n permitted to do so bt sacrifice a lot,take my child back .He n there parents continuous disturbing m n my child,they all spoil my life in past as his parents are mentally not fit,his father referred to mental hospital 2 times,illiterate both,no earning means,his younger brother taking drugs 24 hrs n he is drinker,lived life with my earning ,so he didn't want to leave me any how as he become more syco nowadays wants to harm m also using black magic in eating thing ,while touched suddenly in court ,I didn't believe this bt I see some experience around m make m somehow believe.

He didn't want m to give divorce anyhow n i want completely get rid off from this situations n focus in my studies n carrier for my child .

What step I have to take it ,act can be file against him ,to live my life better .
