Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello

My uncle having bitter relationship with his son last year in 2016, He gave a notice in newspaper to disowned him. Now, he wants to push him out from house permanently. Reason is he physically abuses his parents and both are senior citizen, they complaint against him to police 2 times in written, but no action has initiated by police against him.

Now problem is if they go for eviction so as i believe it will going to take approx 2-3 years or might be more, and i asked a lawyer he suggested that if he (son) moved out from house for few months so you can ask court for injunction.??

What they want is, simple solution because both are old, and can't run for that case.

there son is major and he don't having any job,

even if they going to file the D.V it will also going to take a long time and its hard to prove,

so, if there any easy way or any way, so kindly suggest.
