Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello,sir i got married in 2013 april, from that time my husband give me mental torture as i m a physically handicap and not working also. my in- laws always support to my husband, he always abuse me and said that i ll give divorce to you, my one year baby is there, now he forcefully leaved me and my baby to my native place and don't give one rupee for my baby expenses, what action i have to take against him. he also try to go abroad to leave us in India forever.
