Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh
Hellow ,good evening ,my sister in law is married 5 years and she has boy baby of 18 month ,her husband is not bearing any cost for both of her and her son since the baby is not born.she had tried several time through local chairman to settle the prob but her husband didn't care anything .now she wants a divorce and want to keep the babies costudy to her and adopt the baby to us .what should we do now ? Can we get any legal support for the babies custody.

There in no question of adoption since your SIL is the mother. She has every right to keep the baby with her, at least, untill he attains the age of seven. However, at this moment she may divorce her husband. What u need to do is to notice him by herself or through kazi and register the divorce after three months when the divorce matures.
