helo sir , I have filled a maintenance case and 420 dowry case against my inlaws and husband , since a year ....my husband is not answering to maintenance case ....it seems he has changed his branch..i.e he was working in gurgaon nd now may be in hyderabad or bangalore of the same comany......can u suggest me wat has to b done to move towards mutual divorce??????

Divorce by Mutual consent is the most preferred, expeditious and convenient process of law.
A petition to that effect will have to be instituted signed by both you and your hubby upon the basis of an MOU between both of you & your hubby.
When matter will be listed in court statement of both parties will be recorded.
All this can be executed through an advocate handling matrimonial cases and in whom you have confidence.
