Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hi...father has house and land, which he bought on his own money and those property are in his name only, but now he is not dividing those property to their children and mother...what is the solution for this ??? is it possible to acquire those property by their children and mother ???
Please suggest this...

dear client generally legal heirs cannot ask share in self acquired property. but yr mother can claim her share by filling civil suit for partition. for detail discussion call me
