hi,i am achutha and i am married to divorced mother 3 years back,and she have a baby girl with her first husband.and the baby is 7 years old.baby have visiting rights.now my question is how can i adopt the girl.
my 2nd question is, my wife taken passport of the baby 4 years back and in that the father's name written as her biological father's name.now i want to know how can i change that one with my name.we are hindu and marriage is performed according to hindu marriage act. please help me to get the answers for these questions for which i will be very thankful to you.
