hi,i am from Bangladesh.. i got married in 2013..it was affiliated marriage.. i have a 5th month baby boy.. my husband always emotionally torcher me..if i divorce him,who gets the custody of my child?..my husband always says he will keep child and divorce me..is it possible? i want to keep my child myself

As a mother of a 5 month child you are certainly entitled to have the custody of your child. Your husband will possibly not be able to keep your son. If he does so you have the right to move to court. You will have a good case as a mother of a too young child.
