Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I had a court marriage without our family members knowledge in the year 2013. Before marriage he was a very loving and caring person; but post marriage he started beating and shouting on me. We never had a physical relationship. We had filed for a divorce in the year 2014 through the lawyer who had arranged the marriage of ours. I had signed on two blank papers and on the legal paper as suggested by the lawyer. But, now my ex-husband is saying that he had never given divorce and he is not ready to give the same. He has started saying that he will not let me marriage any where else as still I am his legally wife.

How I can assure that I am now divorced and if not divorced what should I do next? I do not want my family members should come to know with that. Kindly help.

Dear client of there is court order of divorce with u then u r divorc�e. If u donot have court order then still u r married. For any legal help call me
