Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi,
I have two daughters and my first daughter, is working as nurse in Australia. She has two kids and facing domestic violence from her husband. We want to protect her from daily beatings from her husband. She is mentally upset about this torture and since her husband keep tracks of her mobile and email we are not able to talk to her.
Could you please help us to protect her and advice us what we can do for her from India.

ask her to contact the indian embassy there and to seek protection from the violence.She will have to take a stand to save herself and her kids. Or as a family you can travel to Australia and sort out the issue.For further query contact 9312411481

You may also file a case of 498A in India, but at first step your daughter have to call the police when her husband beat her and then they help your daughter to live safe or send her India as per her wish.
