Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi....I am divorced Hindu woman remarried to a Hindu man. I have a son 11 yrs old...I have been legally divorced for 10 yrs and have custody of the child with visiting rights only for the biological father....no alimony or child care was claimed at the time of divorce...the biological father has NOT had any financial involvement with my son in all these years...

I want my husband time adopt my son...pls advise process. To reiterate I have custody of the child.

Your query is not clear? Do you want your new husband to adopt the child or do you want to give the child to first husband? See, the child can still claim maintenance from his biological father u/s 125 CrPC. Call for more help.
