Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi...

I am facing the case u/s 125, while proceedings i file application for meeting rights with my child in the begining of this year.

Court ask my wife for argument but she always have a new excuse for not arguing.

Now the next date is after 4 mths

I want to file an application for seeking a date to decide the application of meeting rights begore next date..

What will be the procedure...

Engage an expert lawyer, only one date is sufficient to force the court to decide your application. but only an expert can do so.
