Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Hi,i am firoz.my sister in law has a boy baby of two year's and her husband failed to give the expense since the baby was not born.she is with us then.we filed a case at family court for expense.what should we do next for child custody.

According to our law the boy will stay with his mother till he attains age of seven. If the husband force your sister-in-law and take the boy away from her then file a suit for the custody of the boy.
