Legal Question in Family Law in India

HI,

I am a forward Caste (Brahmin) girl and got married to a SC boy. My husband does not have community certificate and he is not applying for it, He has Adhar card, pan card, driving licensee , 10th mark sheet but no TC. IN this scenario how to get community certificate as SC for my child?
