Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi

I have done leave and license agreement with the owner of flat. Now i have to go for police verification. But i hav 1 concern i.e i am in a live-in relationship with my partner who is going through divorce from her ex husband. Is it legal to stay with her. Agreement has also been registered on my partner's name. Please advise
