hi,i m gaurav agrawal from jaipur.i got married with neha kaushik on 10th july 2010 in arya samaj jaipur against and will of my n her parents and got registered our marriage in nagar nigam on 4th august2010.on 3rd oct2010 my wife parents took my wife to her paternal home for some worship and ceremony,since she has not returned to the matrimonial home of us.i have sent a notice under section 9 of hindu marriage act,1955 for restitution of conjugal rights.they replied the notice that i had demand for dowry,thats why now my wife do not want to live with me.and meanwhile i came to know that an F.I.R has got been registered by the parents of my wife through my wife for the offences under section 32

3,341,504and 506 I.P.C.i love my wife so much and want to live with her ,so plss sir help me out?

at this stage, your best option is to file the suit for restitution of conjugal rights. That will also become your defence in the FIR. Since you got married in arya samaj without the involvement of parents, the question of demand of dowry does not even arise. You have strong case in your favour. Have faith in god. speak to your wife and see if she can come back.
