Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Hi..

I m 26 years old,unmarried male..

Can i become guardian of my 6 years old sister's son... My sister and ex-bro in law got divorced.... Both then did 2nd marriage... And this child is in my home since beginning... Child havent met his father since divorce... I also dont know his whereabouts now a days.... Both my parents are alive and live with me... His father hasnt done any legal procedure to take back the child nor he contacted or met with the cjild..he is not in the ARMY...he does some pvt business... Now my question is CAN I BE THE LEGAL GUARDIAN OF MY NEPHEW ?? IF YES, THEN WHAT WILL BE THE MAIN PROCEDURE ?
