Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,
I am from madurai.I filed maintenance case and my husband filed conjugal case at madurai district family court.Because of his behavior and character i don't want to continue my life with him. I have an one year girl baby.He will drunk and drunk with his friends in home.And other nature also not good.
I attended 3 hearings. The judge(Madurai family court judge name Mrs.Tamilselvi) in the court not responding to my words from my side about my husband.She is asking 'if u r not with ur hubby means,then why you got married and why you give birth to child?'. She is using harsh words to me and about me.And treating me so badly.Am so much upset because of her words and behavior.
My question is if all judges in family court will behave like this and whether i can explain my side reasons boldly to her.Why she is so harsh for this case? please explain me.
