Hii mai lucknow se belong krti hu meri shadi ko 1. 5 year hua h meri inlaws se kuch problem hone pr mai apne parental home aa gayi mai 6 month se yahi pr hu bt mere husband se bat hoti rahti thi bt abhi 2 month se mere husband mughse bat ni krte h our jb mere father ne mere inlaws se bola to unhone kuch din pahle eak meeting rakhi us meetng me koi solution ni nikla our sb chale gaye our meetng ke bad mere husband ne bina inform kiye divorce ke liye notic bheja jo hme receive ni hua jb mai our mere father husband se bat krne bangalore gaye to mere husband vaha se bhag gaye our hme ghar me ni aane diya our jb cl kiya to bola lko me bat karege our phir phone off kr diya mai divorce ni chahti hu mai husband ke sath rahna chahti hu plzz divorce ka kya process hota h our kya juj mughe cooling period me husband ke sath rahne ko bol sakte h plzz mai husband ke sath rahkr kya problem h unhe samjhna chahti hu plzz mai divorce ni chahti hu

Avi to divorce file hi nahi hue hai to cooling off period kahan se aa gya? Cooling off period mutual consent divorce me hota hai. Chuki usne divorce notice kiya hai to wo contested divorce file karega. Agar aap divorce nahi chahte ho to use RCR ke lie notice karo. Samajh rahe ho ya nahi. nAHI TO BAT KARNI PAREGI.
