Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I got married in Jan 2013.There were dowry expectations and other unacceptable demands from my husband and his family side due to which our relationship could not survive.

Finally my family is ready for divorce through mutual consent. They do not want to take this issue to the court and demand legal help. My husband has kept my all belongings like gold jewellary, furniture and my clothes and all other dowry stuff.

My husband is not even ready to compensate me for all the expenses we have incurred on marriage and post marriage.

I want to know Can I claim my share in my in-laws property and my husband's salary before or after divorce and what is the procedure for it. I am a working girl.

please settle all the issues of istridhan and alimony before you go for divorce. After the agreement is made then only sign the petition later on no claim would be maintainable. for further query contact 9312411481.
