Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I am married before 7 Months and me and my wife have planned to separate mutually through nullifying the marriage. We came to a financial compensation settlement and I asked her to file a Case "based on Impotency" against me so that we will both will get the annulment of marriage soon.

1) The question is how much time will it take if she file a case now?

2) How long will it take if I accept all the summons and didn't appear before the court?

3) How long will it take for the judge to give Ex partee

4) We both dont want to wait for 5 more months to go for mutual divorce

Pls Advice
