Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I got married on 2012 and we got separeted now for some problems.My self and my usband both applied for mutual consent in this year.But now he is not accepting that agreement and need 10k to give him to accept for divorce.Now i have that original agreemnet paper which was signed by both parteis and family members.We cant able to pay 10k for him.Can you pls help me anyone to do what next by keepting that agreement

Dear client if he is not ready for mutual divorce then u have to file contested divorce on the ground of cruelty. I need to read agreement for giving proper advice. Contact me on 9422611385
