Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Hi.

I have been married for 7 years.i have two kids 5 years old son n 3 years old daughter.my husband kicked me out of home he said he doesnt want to live with me and before i could go for a legal procedure he himself filed a case against me that I am the one who left and he wants to keep the marriage. I was living seprate for almost a year and now he has filed a case. I have been living in an abusive marriage for too long.

People say the one who files the case first his case becomes more strong. Also I have heard he is planning to file case for child custody.

Please tell me what should I do. What are women rights in law.

it is wrong presumption, that, the one who reaches first to court has strong case... you should contest the case. family law mostly favours the women suffering from abusive attitude of her husband..
