Hi,

i want to take an ex party divorce, i have filed the same 6 months before, i have also attended 3 proceedings i.e dates given by court to be present. but my husband dint present to court. we have sent him notices through court but he is not accepting the notices, due to this the period for taking x parte divorce is increasing. please suggest me what can i do in this situations.

this is the second marriage of my husband, he know all the procedures very well. So please suggest me how can i take x party divorce under this situation

Dear client as husband is not accepting summons then take order from court to affix summon on front part of his house. Once this done then if he will not appear then court order for ex party. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

seek orders u/o 5 rule 17 for affixation and publication of summons. After this, you may press for ex parte orders.
