Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I am rajini from Bangalore. I got married to NRI a year ago.My husband left to US after 10 days of marriage.From then he didn't take me to Us yet...But after insisting finally my tickets to Us are booked to travel this month.Suddenly he started ordering me to handover all my belongings(gold and stuff) to his parents before travelling to US.His behaviour is also different he doesn't care to talk to me from the first day of marriage.He didntt talk to me much or chat with me much after he left to US. Now I am worried like after me going to US , will he care me or not.Please advice me as I am really frightened to go now.can you also tell me what precautions I should take before travelling.waiting for your advice eagerly.

dear client donot give yr belongings to yr in laws. keep it with yr parents. also in U S if he not behave with u properly then inform to police there and also inform to Indian embassy. keep yr all documents and passport with u in U S. for any legal help call me

as you are being sponsored by him and going on spousal visa, you can seek help from indian consulate in chicago or local police in case he troubles you.
