Legal Question in Family Law in India

HI,

I am Sharvani and I am married since three years...I have no kids..

I am married into a joint family..My Father and Mother IN Law are very nice people.. I have a brother in law his wife and a 4 year kid.. My question is my brother in law wife is torturing me to the core...she uses all dirty words with me so that i get angry and pick up fight...Luckily I am not speaking anything...

My husband and In Laws are staying quiet without taking any action on her...

Kindly advise what I have to do next as I am scared where she will harm me physically...

she is doing it deliberately to malign you and to secure her position. she is insecure about you. dont fall in the trap. avoid reacting to her insults. once you stop she cant torture you.
