Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I am Single/Unmarried Women living with my Parents. I have 2 elder sisters who are married.

I am not willing to take any share in the property owned by my parents. I either want my husband or my children to have any share from my parent�s property.

Can I make a will or notice that the person who marries me or my children should not have any rights on my parent�s property?

Dear client u can make reliquish deed to left yr rights in the property. Once u left rights then yr future husband or children will not claim any rights in property. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
