hii sir .on 4 th oct 2015 my husband left me the reason was we had a fight rgarding he wants to go for rented house as we were already living in own house in anger he went to his offc i went there he started abusing me there and thn said to everyone she has beaten me..and left me and didnt came home .i cld his parents but they also didnt answered my call nor msg.i waited fr him that he will come but he didnt after a week i went to police stn to trace him .the police called him there also he started giving false allegations against me that i beaten him spit on him .police said him to go and live with me he said ok there but then he still didnt came .nxt day i went to police stn they said if we want we can do a criminal case a je was not rcvng the cLl i msgd him pls come back or else we will not have any option .but he didnt.we went to his parents home they were not there we went there two times but the house was locked.they were not rcvng the niether they r rcvng call from unknwn num.then i got a letter for councilliation.i went there there he started blaming that i threatend him ill put a case on him.thn also i tried to make him understand .and then there also he is saying i wont live now .niether he s saying he dont want to live with me..i m not gtng what to do as he is not answering anything if he has called for counselling thn he must hav thought fr some settlement he should say that.but if he is not saying that.what is the thing..can i go for rcr r there is some other way till date i hvnt filed any case against him just gvn an application in police stn that he is not in home and he is making false allegation against me

1) U hv made good efforts to call him. Hv u tried through ur family elders or experienced senior citizen friends, whose efforts may finally yield some fruitful results and who will also stand as eye-witness in future.

2) Then go for RCR.
