Hi.i am a 27 yr old male,hindu indian man,doctor by profession willing to marry a 28 yr old muslim divorsed girl from maldives who also has a child.

My question is

1. Is this marriege possible in india?

2.whats the legal procedure if her parents are not ready for it?

1. Yes marriage is possible in india under special marriage act

2. If she is major her parents cannot do anything
