I am from Kalyan. My mutual Signing date is on 31st Oct, I just want to confirm when will be my final signing date come?
We are living separately from last 2 years. We don't have child.
I want to to remarry on Apr month.

dear client as per supreme court judgement six months period will be not waived. so if u file yr mutual divorce on 31 oct then u will get final order on 31 april
