Hiiii ..

I got married one year back ...today only my hubby arrested under 498a

We lived together only for four months left me for silly reasons even though I beared all his torture beated me several times for money infront of his relatives who always suggest to

Blackmail through their vulgar language

I gave so many chances for him to change matrimonial house which was rented (showed as own before marriage)

but he doesn't accepted as he wish to fight ,scold,beat always along with his cousin sister

His sister doing all these violence for her daughter(age 20years)'s marriage

so she will send her daughter whenever we spend close to disturb by showing her naked body parts

Demanded 20 lakhs from me for her marriage

I refused to pay so all his family members scolded with vulgar language n thrown outside

I kept a police complaint initially he accepted to take back but later refused so cops arrested him

Planning to put a private complaint on

His sister and her daughter

Is any possbilities to get back my married life as I was honest in relationship from starting !!!

I have to face so many problems if i go back to him after all these happened

What I have to do???

I won't give divorce to him as I was very interested in him

Dont file any private complaint, just ask the police to add names of sister and her daughter.

you may then file section 9 case and demand to live along with your husband.

There are various other things which may drag your husband to you. but as per your post, it is clear cut case of greediness and I will not suggest you to live along with such family, else you may be in big trouble coz such people may go to any extent.

Your query is self contradictory as on one hand you have filed complaint against him on other hand you want to stay with him even after so much torture .You should make up your mind and then get back to us.
