im in big confusion regarding my personal issue im facing now. Please anyone can guide me with below matter.
My brother who got married 7 months back, the couples seems to be misunderstanding each other from the beginning of their life after marriage. My brother facing some health problem due to which their sexual life seems to be affected, results to that the baby formation delayed. Because of that my brother's wife family creates unnecessary probs to us, by filing Dowry case on my brother and my parents on taking revenge base. Please to inform our family doesn't know my brother's health factor regarding sex before marriage. Our doctor promised they will have baby sure in future on one year course of treatment, but they are not ready to wait. So that they creating such false complaints on us to make some money.
Current Status : As they filed dowry case on us we got Anti-Bail(AB) from court, as they came to know regarding AB they got back their complaint so that our AB dismissed. Now they are awaiting for us to come for counseling to book some other false complaint on us to remand us. We are in our private place to avoid any communication.
Kindly advise what to do next, whether we can go for counseling while police call us or any other idea to get free from this.

Dear Client,

Once your brother's wife had filed a complaint and you took anticipatory bail and they had wthdrawn their complaint of their own. Since they had withdrawn complaint on rheir own wis the intensity of the allegation is reduced and it is very easy to obtain an Anticipatory bail pointing this reason itself. Since they opt for counselling you must agree to meet the counsellor attached to goverment hospitals only, since they maintain records on councelling and it is very easy to defend criminal cases filed against you. When a coinselling is fixed try to meet the counsellor in advance and tell the realities with supporting documents.And always bear in mind that you your brother is wasting precious time and a girls life by unnecessary quarells.
