hi,im leaving with my patner for last 6 yrs and we have a child of 4.5yrs.he does violence on me like hitting brutally.if i have to saperate from him along with my child what legal steps i need to take first?please help me!

Dear client child will remain with mother up to five years age. After that u can apply for permanent custody. Immediately file police complaint under sec 498 a for physical torture. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
