Hi...im married to an IPS officer...but i dont like him and i dont wanna stay with him...i like some other guy and i want to get married to him...my husband got to know that i like some other guy and that even he likes me....can he take any action on the guy i like? how can i get divorce? can my husband force me to stay married to him? as he is an IPS officer can he use his powers in any ways so that i should stay married to him?

dear client yr husband can file case of adultery against u and that guy if u still remain in touch with him. if case proved then he will get punishment up to seven years jail. so first take divorce from husband on the grounds like cruelty or any others as per yr case. for any legal help call me on9422611385
