Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Hi,

Last year my (ex)wife left home with my daughter (now one year and four months old). I wanted to remain separated from her (wife) until trust & confidence regained on relationship. In the mean time I requested her (wife) to allow my daughter once a week to stay with me. She did not do that. I divorced her couple of months earlier.

I still want the same, my daughter once a week to stay with me. My objective is to provide my love and company to help her grow as a survivor for future.
