Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

Me and my wife are planning to divorce. However, its still not confirmed, becasue of various reason. However, for the mean time i want to take the responsibility of my daughter who is 4yrs.

1. My wife is currently working however, my wife, daughter are currently dependent on her salary .

2. My inlaws are also dependents on her salary (partially). So to avoid these kinds of unnecessary tensions on my daughters furture, i would like to take the responsbility

3. We both are staying away for the past 1+ yrs

4. When ever i try to visit to see my daughter, they are trying to avoid and keeping my daughter away from me

All i need is my daughter , i dont want her future or life to be destroyed becasue of our reasons. Its humble request to every lawyer to help a kid
