Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh
Hi,
My brother in law has been died four months back leaving his single wife (no child), a sister and parents. They all lived together. last month his wife left home with her parents and took all her necessary households. she does not want to keep any relation with her late husband's family.
Now husband's family want safeguard as their wife already left they dont want to face any problem arised by her. is ther any legal procedure availble to take safeguard?
please note that husbands had no property or bank balance in his name.

It appears your brother-in-law's widow has chosen her path living apart from her deceased husband's family. In practical sense, it is not a bad proposition. Deceased's mother and sister do not have any threat from the other corner. No action required to be taken for safeguard.
It is advised that forget the past, look forward.
