hi...my brother got married & his wife left our home after 15 days...for this almost 1�year passed... can my brother file for divorce?

Yes, your brother can file. But, its not that easy. Firstly, try to settle the matter amicably and convince her for a mutual divorce. If that does not happen send ger a legal notice for restitution of conjugal right even if you don't intend to bring her back.
