Hi,

My frien recently got married to a person settled in Australia having australian PR. His parents are staying in India. They started torturing my friend verbally for dowry n money.. now when there demands are not getting filled up.. they now want divorce by mutual consent. Hiw shall she proceed for the case to get justice n teach such beggars a lesson.

Ask your friend to file a complain at near by police station for 498a for dowry and mental torture

Dear client she can file complaint with women cell of police under sec 498 a for dowry harassment against husband and his parents. She can also file domestic violence case for mental harassment against them. For any legal help call me
