Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

My friend went through a divorce. She got her final papers in March. She did not ask for any allowmoney nor any kind of expenses. Now her husband has re-opened the case in high court. On what all basis & in how much time can he open the case? Is there any way where-in she can stop this re-open?

Dear client her husband can appeal in high court within 90 days from the judgement of family court. She have to appear in high court and have to put her side. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
