Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,my friend lives with her inlaws as her husband is abroad on work. Her father inlaw is asking her to bring money from her parents every now and then. If she refused to do so he stops her from visiting her parents. Her husband is a good person. But he is unable to stop his father. What should she can do. She doesn't want her husband in trouble.
